We believe stress is caused by a ‘vicious cycle’. Negative thoughts, feelings and behaviours are all interlinked, and have an impact on each other. The key to coping with stress is to break that cycle, and identify what we can change instead of combining all our setbacks into one seemingly insurmountable problem.
In the Coping with Stress eLearning course, we’ll begin by analysing what causes stress. We’ll then move onto how it can be reduced using cognitive techniques that will give us perspective over our problems. We’ve also provided some short exercises that will help you put an action plan into place to tackle your own stress.
