- Many employers value having a resilient workforce as they’re able to cope with pressures such as sudden orders and have lower rates of employee absence. At BounceBack, we’ve created an eLearning course that will help you do just that.
- Criticism or disappointment at work, job loss, financial problems, illness and grief are things many of us have had to endure in our lives. These events undermine our self-confidence, and can lead to longer-term problems such as depression or physical health conditions.
- Developing resilience means having the ability to cope with these challenges. What’s more, resilience can allow us to become stronger because of them and see the opportunities that can arise from a traumatic event.
Resilience Training eLearning Course
Course duration – 70 minutes (approx.)
Our Developing Resilience eLearning course defines what resilience is, and why it is now so important in everyday life. Learn how to be more resilient with useful tools, techniques and exercises intended for both individuals looking to become more resilient themselves, and managers aiming to improve their employees’ resilience at work.
The eLearning course is accompanied by a downloadable workbook containing simple exercises. Learners can refer to their answers later in the course, and apply knowledge they have now learned. Once the course has concluded, BounceBack will send you some follow-up emails with tips on how to use your new-found resilience skills in practical situations.
